Kids Class - Checkerboard Game with Zippered pouch IL
This class is for students who already know how to use a sewing machine and have had some experience sewing. Students will sew together precut pieces to make a checkerboard game that can be rolled up and tied for storage.
The students will sew a zippered pouch in one end to store the checkers.
Kit included with purchase of class and contains:
precut fabric pieces
zipper
batting
24 checkers
Students will need to bring to class
Sewing machine, foot pedal, and power cord
Zipper presser foot
Zigzag presser foot
Pincushion
Pins
wonder clips (optional)
seam ripper
white thread
black thread
tan or gray thread
Fabric scissors
Ruler or Measuring Tape
If the student does not bring thread to class, they can purchase it in the store on the day of the class.
