Did you purchase a Stripology Ruler? Do you know how to use it?
Or do you want to know what all the fuss is about?
Would you like to practice and make a quick project? For this first class we will focus on making Quarter Square Triangles or Flying Geese the Stripology way.
Class Objectives:
1. Become familiar with the Stripology Ruler, Stripology XL Ruler, Stripology Mini Square
2. Learn how to cut strips, squares, rectangles with the Stripology Rulers
3. Learn how to "Square Up" Quilt Blocks with the Stripology Rulers
4. Learn how to cut in 1/4 inch increments with the Stripology Rulers
Supply List:
Stripology Ruler (Regular or XL preferred), Squared or Squared Mini (recommended for Flying Geese & QST’s)
Master Your Stripology Rulers Book by GE Designs (recommended)
For QST’s:
5- 5 inch squares of Background fabric
5 - 5 inch squares of Color fabric
OR a Charm Pack with both a light and dark contrasting fabrics
For Flying Geese: please read the cutting directions on page
Sewing Machine, cord and foot pedal
Thread and bobbins
Scissors
Seam Ripper
45mm or 60mm Rotary Cutter
Rotary Mat
Post-it Notes or "Flags" to mark your ruler and pattern pieces
