Lap Size Fabric Requirements:
Background: 1 yard
Nine-Patches 32-2 1/2" strips or 2 1/2 yards total (different colors of your choice; see example)
Dark for Half Square Triangles: 1 yard
Border: 3/4 yard
Binding: 2/3 yard
Basic Sewing Supplies:
Sewing Machine, foot pedal and cord
Thread
Pins, WonderClips,
Seam Ripper
Scissors
Larger Triangle in a Square Ruler (Quilt-in-a-Day) or template material to make your own
9 1/2 " Square Ruler (larger square is ok)
6 1/2" Triangle Square Up ruler or 6 1/2" square ruler (needs 45 degree line)
