When you buy a machine from O'Sewpersonal, we dedicate ourselves to ensure that your purchase is a lifetime event with exceptional service and support throughout your ownership. Nothing is more important than the ability to experience what your new machine can do and how to use your machine's many features. This is what you will learn during your guide class.

Our strong commitment to Bernina and Janome and the support we receive from their education teams assist us in providing our new machine owners with experience when learning the many capabilities of their new machines. 

You will receive one-on-one training on your machine.  You can repeat classes as you feel the need and upon availability. Need additional help; please let us know. We're betting that we can teach you some tips, tricks, and techniques that will help you get more from your machine.

You must register for a class; it is free if you purchase a new machine or adopt one of our preowned machine at OSP. If you did not buy your machine at OSP, you are welcome to take a class; please get in touch with either shop for the fee. Please choose a class day/time that best meets your schedule. Cancellations are appreciated as this allows another student to fill that space.
